TINTIN IN THE LAND OF MELTDOWN!
Friday, December 4th to the 13th 6 PM to 9PM
A fantastic display of all things Tintin including charming character watches, limited edition cold cast porcelain and resin statues, and a dazzling array of lead miniatures and detailed vehicles that span the cast and events of all the albums.
For TEN days only, Meltdown will host this surprise exposition within the store allowing fans and collectors the first opportunity to acquire any of these delights under one roof in the United States. All of this is made available in conjunction with KISS THAT FROG, the exclusive importer of items pertaining to young intrepid investigative journalists, mostly fearless fox terriers, and their friends and cohorts.
In attendance for two days of the exhibition will be Jonathan Hankar of Kiss That Frog.
Kiss That Frog was founded in 1996 as the exclusive importer of the European license Tintin and other classic licenses such as the Little Prince, Babar and Elmer. Over the years, the company has become well know in the home decor industry for its own lines of glassware and tabletop distinguished by whimsical designs which bring back classic French and European home decor traditions. The company continues to thrive in Berkeley, California.
